We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lenxonline.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
